Terms & Conditions
Estimated Time: We will assist you when scheduling a package to provide an accurate time estimate & cost so you know what can be accomplished using up to four hours of labor.
Qualifications & Restrictions:
Pricing can vary by job location, and is dependent on a number of factors. Typically includes one employee and up to four hours of professional labor. Job needs will be determined during a phone consultation as well as onsite with the homeowner. Materials are an additional charge.
All completed work by SMB Home Improvements, LLC includes a 1 year craftsmanship warranty that applies on labor. If there is a warranty on materials we purchase, we will inform you. Cannot be combined with other offers. Four hour time must be used in one trip. Any trips needed for materials will be deducted from package time. Void where prohibited.
